Fall semester 2025, I took a Digital Social Media Marketing course in which I partnered up with a small business local to JMU, The Beauty Spa Harrisonburg. Throughout the semester, my tasks included: auditing & analyzing client/competitor statistics & metrics, developing a thorough content strategy to present to our client, and creating & scheduling content for, primarily, Instagram. After four months of collaboration and two of posting, the statistics can speak for themselves:
