UX/UI & App Design

Spring 2025

In my Foundations of User Design course, I was tasked with with finding a problem that university students face, and then had to create an app to solve that problem.

I first had to complete the steps of conducting user research, collecting data, and presenting my findings.

UX & UI research, design requirements, and personas.

After, I learned how to use the Figma software and created a brand, logo, and functioning app prototype.

Home Away From Home, an app mock-up I designed to help students find off-campus housing!

Then, I created a FigJam board to explain my complete design process.
